📚 Education

📋 Description

• Supervise accounts payable staff, systems and files • Prepare ACH and check disbursement batches for processing along with the associated voucher packets • Prepare the employee expense reimbursement batches • Maintaining excellent third-party vendor relationships • Reconciling the accounts payable subledger to the general ledger and vendor accounts • Conducting month-end and year-end closing procedures • Preparing related tax filings (e.g., IRS Form 1099) • Participate in responding to the year-end audit requests and providing required documentation • Assist with ad hoc accounting and finance projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience, preferably in a software or technology company • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience required • Experience with NetSuite and proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as collaboratively
