📋 Description

• Assist customers with questions, inquiries, and issues related to prescription coverage • Manage a steady volume of incoming customer calls • Navigate multiple systems while handling customer interactions • Provide customer service and communication that creates positive customer and client experiences • Work assigned production shifts within operating hours of 8:00 AM–11:00 PM Monday–Friday and 8:00 AM–6:30 PM Saturday • Complete 3 weeks of classroom training and 2 weeks of nesting

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish • Must reside in Puerto Rico • Ability to successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class and 2 weeks of nesting; cannot miss a day of training • Successfully complete a customer service assessment and typing test on a computer • Great problem-solving skills • Ability to effectively multitask • High school diploma, GED, or college degree • At least 6 months of customer service experience • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work weekends if needed based on call volumes • Home internet connection with 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Must hardwire the work computer directly to the home modem via Ethernet • Satellite and wireless internet are not acceptable • Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace • No one may be in the workspace during working hours • No writing utensils or unauthorized electronics in the work area
