• Managing timelines, resolving problems, and coaching team members on Agile methodologies. • Help the creation of self-organizing teams. • Identify impediments that may arise among the teams you interact with and support them in managing them independently. • Support the Product Owner in building and updating the Backlog. • Identify potential improvements and facilitate learning (Retrospectives). • Suggest/Develop metrics as catalysts for change and continuous improvement. • Plan and lead all scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, Retrospectives)

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with demonstrable knowledge in the role in complex and agile environments. • Experience with software development and technical vocabulary • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts • Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.) • Experience with tools like Jira, Microsoft TFS or Azure Devops. • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability • Experience in training and support for different agile roles. • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience • Scrum master certification is a plus.
