📋 Description

• Manage pending tickets according to priority order or level of criticality • Work remotely with different support teams • Knowledge of information technologies for diagnosing systems, servers, networks, and cybersecurity issues • Assist senior operations engineers in designing and implementing new solutions • Help maintain and update documentation • Resolve virtualization issues • Participate in planning sessions, daily meetings, and backlog review sessions • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields • Advanced English proficiency • 1 year of experience in network, server, and storage support; incident and service outage management; ticketing systems • Experience managing Microsoft 365 licensing in an enterprise environment. • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing models, SKUs, and entitlement structures. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret licensing and financial data. • Experience working with large user populations and complex organizational structures. • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. • Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
