📋 Description
• Take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing across Netherlands and Türkiye • Ensure all payroll operations comply with local laws and global standards • Act as a subject matter expert on payroll systems, taxation, time & attendance, and benefits • Investigate and resolve escalations related to payroll calculations, absences, and timekeeping • Support month-end and year-end payroll closing activities • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all payroll processes • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and system optimizations • Stay ahead of regulatory changes and always ensure full compliance
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and Turkish • You're comfortable working across teams and time zones • Advanced knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and compliance requirements • Experience handling payroll for multiple countries or complex employee groups • Ability to work independently and take initiative in solving complex payroll challenges • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail • A collaborative mindset with a continuous improvement mentality • Optional: Knowledge of specific systems such as Ms Office, CTT or Other Time Keeping Systems
