📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional, global teams to achieve outcomes enabling Conduent to deliver world-class client solutions • Plan, organize, direct, control, and deliver complex projects and/or programs aligned with client expectations and business needs • Manage projects involving multiple technology disciplines and/or significant business process re-engineering • Participate in Conduent’s technology Project Management Office (PMO) • Communicate project scope, goals, and responsibilities to project teams • Establish clear stakeholder expectations • Monitor performance in project and program control activities • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans • Adhere to reporting requirements • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and within the PMO

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience • 5+ years IT project and/or program management experience • Direct experience with waterfall and agile project management processes and methodologies • Stakeholder management experience • Advanced experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, MS Project Online, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Power BI) • PMP Certification preferred • Experience working in a contact center environment preferred • Ability to build and lead cross-functional teams • Ability to consistently deliver projects on time and on budget • Ability to solve complex problems requiring critical thinking • Ability to adhere to stringent reporting requirements • Ability to communicate effectively and engage with senior business and technology leaders
