âą Manage the delivery of multiple concurrent enterprise technology projects âą Lead projects across various technology-related initiatives âą Partner with project teams and stakeholders to define project scope âą Leverage PMO standards and best practices âą Identify, assess, manage, and escalate risks and issues âą Establish and manage clear sponsor and stakeholder expectations âą Provide timely, accurate, and clear project reporting âą Drive accountability for action items and recover plans âą Ensure compliance with PMO processes
đŻ Requirements
âą 7+ years of experience crafting scope documentation âą 7+ years of experience managing enterprise technology projects âą 5+ years of experience in stakeholder management âą PMP and/or comparable certification(s) required âą Solid understanding of PMO best practices âą Self-starter who can lead complex projects âą Proficiency with project management and productivity tools âą Excellent communication skills âą Strong problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and organizational skills âą Excellent technical aptitude âą Familiarity with ITSM methodologies such as ITIL is preferred âą Experience in an IT outsourcing environment is preferred. âą Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
