📋 Description
• Lead cross-functional product initiatives from 0 → 1. • Partner closely with engineering to align technical capabilities with customer needs. • Bring product clarity and structure to a fast-moving organization. • Collaborate with the GTM team to shape product positioning. • Drive prioritization and tradeoff decisions. • Work with CEO on translating product vision and strategy into executable roadmaps. • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' infrastructure needs. • Contribute to internal product process and frameworks.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager • Strong product sense with experience taking products from concept → launch. • Proven ability to manage complex, technical products. • Detail-oriented and organized. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • A bias toward action and accountability. • Interest in learning about web3, Ethereum, and onchain infrastructure.
