📋 Description

• Maintain the agent orchestrator in production, including Slack integrations, scheduled jobs, and webhooks. • Evolve the codebases (Python, Node.js 20+, TypeScript, MongoDB). • Diagnose and resolve production incidents autonomously. • Provision new agents, flows, and integrations requested by teams. • Lead the active migration of legacy n8n workflows to the internal flows platform. • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for AI-enabled developer tools. • Support non-technical areas in building automations and AI solutions. • Keep a close watch on the market and develop structured opinions. • Run quick proofs of concept to validate technologies. • Formally recommend build vs. buy decisions. • Establish and maintain governance for tools and data access.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong production experience with Python, Node.js, and TypeScript (backend). • Advanced use of agentic development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, Cursor or equivalent). • Experience with MongoDB (or equivalent NoSQL) and REST APIs. • Experience building or operating integrations with LLMs. • Strong debugging skills: log analysis, root-cause isolation, and production incident resolution. • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar), and Docker. • Proven autonomy: recognized technical reference within the ecosystem. • Genuine curiosity about AI. • Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
