📋 Description

• Conduct advanced data analyses to generate insights that guide business, product, and operational decisions. • Design and maintain dashboards and management reports, ensuring consistency and clarity in data visualization. • Collaborate with business and technology teams to map needs, translating requirements into data solutions. • Ensure the quality, integrity, and reliability of data sources, proposing improvements to processes and information flows. • Develop and apply analytical models to support forecasting, segmentation, and opportunity identification. • Support the evolution of a data-driven culture by promoting best practices in analysis, data usage, and performance metrics. • Work collaboratively on strategic projects, contributing critical analyses and evidence-based recommendations. • Use generative AI agents and tools to accelerate query and analysis creation, optimize exploratory investigations, and automate repetitive analytical tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis in complex contexts (preferably in technology, healthcare, or similar industries). • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Apache Superset, or Looker). • Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and extraction. • Experience with data modeling and information governance best practices. • Experience using generative AI tools applied to data analysis, productivity, and automation of analytical tasks. • Familiarity with autonomous agents and AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar. • Ability to translate technical data into clear narratives and business insights. • Analytical, results-oriented profile with strong attention to detail. • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. • Previous experience in healthtechs, healthcare companies, or regulated sectors (plus). • Knowledge of Python or R for statistical and predictive analyses (plus). • Experience with Big Data environments and cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) (plus). • Participation in data science or artificial intelligence projects (plus). • Active involvement in promoting a data-driven culture within organizations (plus). • Experience using generative AI and autonomous agents to automate analyses and data pipelines (plus).
