• Develop and oversee financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations • Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and KPI tracking • Support pricing, cost-control, and profitability initiatives • Advise leadership on growth opportunities, investments, and risk management • Strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a CFO, Fractional CFO, or senior finance executive • Strong background in manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or container-related industries preferred • Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and cash flow management • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills • CPA, MBA, or equivalent financial credentials preferred
