📋 Description

• Support several Human Capital research projects at the same time. • Develop high-quality data collection tools, including surveys, interview guides, focus group guides, and instrument testing protocols. • Program surveys in Voxco (or Qualtrics) and support survey testing, logic checks, and data validation. • Conduct qualitative research, including interviews and focus groups, and synthesize findings using NVivo. • Conduct quantitative analysis using SPSS or R, including cleaning datasets, running descriptive analyses, and generating tables and visualizations. • Summarize research findings in clear, well-structured briefing notes, slide decks, and reports. • Contribute to literature reviews, jurisdictional scans, and background research on HR-related topics. • Use project management software to track tasks, manage timelines, document progress, and support effective workflow coordination. • Collaborate closely with senior researchers and contribute to internal project meetings and planning discussions. • Support the development and updating of Power BI dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Business, Labour Studies, Public Policy, or another related social-science discipline. • Foundational knowledge of HR concepts. • Experience developing surveys, interview guides, focus group guides, and other research instruments. • Ability to conduct qualitative data collection, including interviews and focus groups. • Competence analyzing qualitative data using NVivo. • Ability to analyze quantitative data using SPSS or R. • Strong writing skills, with the ability to summarize findings in a clear, structured, evidence-based way. • Experience programming surveys in Voxco (or Qualtrics). • Proficiency in MS Excel for organizing and analyzing data. • Experience using project management software to manage tasks and timelines. • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Clear, timely communication skills in a remote environment. • Ability to travel within Canada for occasional team meetings (minimal travel). • A professional and safe home office setup is required.
