📋 Description

• Implement backend and frontend solutions for applications, focusing on quality, performance, best practices, simplicity, and user experience • Design and architect distributed-systems integrations with approved AI tools, including RAG and semantic search • Develop, unit test, automate testing, deploy, and monitor solutions • Enhance applications, identify improvement opportunities, make recommendations, and implement systems • Identify common problems and patterns and develop standard operating procedures • Maintain, improve, and review code through code reviews and pair programming, auditing security, performance, and architectural compliance • Define engineering guidelines, standards, and best practices for the safe and efficient use of AI assistants • Work collaboratively, seek innovative solutions, and build positive working relationships • Investigate and use new technologies when relevant • Contribute to technical and functional refinements • Provide technical guidance and mentoring in software engineering and the use of AI tools • Implement integration solutions using CI/CD and GitHub, focusing on continuous and secure delivery • Design, develop, and implement high-level integration system architectures • Develop integration strategies aligned with organizational objectives • Assess integration risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring security, availability, and reliability • Document architectures, integration patterns, technical decisions, and best-practice guides • Contribute to adherence to development standards and recommended practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating and consuming Generative AI APIs and LLMs in full-stack ecosystems • Advanced critical-thinking skills to audit, refactor, and validate code and solutions generated by AI • Knowledge of prompt engineering and strategies for optimizing latency and costs • Experience with distributed architectures
