📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We're looking for a skilled Tech Support Specialist for a remote position with experience in new client support (performance and issue resolution). • Technical knowledge in IP, networking, and programming. • Expertise in creating scripts and problem-solving. • Familiar with dashboard integrations, bug tracking (backend), and IT-level understanding of dialers. • Responsibilities include designing and deploying VoIP systems, managing and troubleshooting VoIP networks, and providing technical support and training.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Proven experience in VoIP engineering or similar role. • Proficiency in VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323, RTP). • Experience with VoIP hardware/software (PBX systems). • Strong understanding of network fundamentals and security. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and in a team. • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
