📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of a new platform for one of our key clients • Support the team’s day-to-day activities, contributing to the execution and monitoring of projects and tasks • Participate in strategic projects and process improvement initiatives • Conduct analyses, gather information, and prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making • Monitor performance indicators and help identify opportunities for improvement • Collaborate with different departments, developing an integrated understanding of the business • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and development programs included in the trainee journey • Support the development, review, and documentation of internal processes and procedures • Propose solutions and improvements based on analyses, best practices, and knowledge gained during the program • Take on increasing responsibilities as technical and behavioral skills develop • Contribute to the team’s deadlines, targets, and objectives while maintaining organization and quality in deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Java 8 or later • Python • Spring Boot • Knowledge of REST API development • Basic understanding of object-oriented programming • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL • Familiarity with Git and version control • Interest in learning new technologies and software development best practices • Prior exposure to, participation in academic or professional projects involving, or knowledge of the technologies and practices listed above
