📋 Description

• Will work on the support team analyzing and resolving tickets and issues related to the Client's system. • Objective: • Analyze and understand the process and code in order to provide more effective problem resolution. • We operate with SLAs; each ticket has a specific criticality/priority and must be addressed within the required timeframe.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in projects or strong knowledge of the following development tools and practices: • - Java 8 • - Spring Boot • - Familiarity with APIs • - Backend programming fundamentals • - Databases: SQL Server / DynamoDB • Nice to have: • - Git • - Web APIs • - Domain-Driven Design (DDD) • - AWS • - Experience with agile methodologies • - React
