âą 5+ years experience in a marketing operations, revenue operations, Martech management, procurement management, or analytics roles with exposure to budgeting and Martech âą Experience managing Martech portfolios and/or working with systems such as Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData, ZoomInfo, or similar âą Strong financial and analytical acumen - including experience with forecasting and ROI analysis âą Experience building dashboards or reporting methodologies using BI or analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus! âą Strong program management skills and experience operationalizing governance frameworks âą Ability to interpret data and communicate recommendations clearly to cross-functional and executive audiences âą Demonstrated experience improving operational processes, reducing inefficiency, or optimizing cost structures across teams or platforms âą Strong cross-functional partnership mindset âą Bachelors in Marketing, Operations, or comparable experience
