📋 Description
• Own the Vision & Execution: Define and drive the multi-year strategy and technical roadmap for Kora Global. • Lead & Mentor: Grow, coach, and nurture a high-performance team of distributed systems engineers. • Drive High-Impact Results: Lead critical technical initiatives focused on reliability, performance, scalability, and multi-tenancy. • Foster Operational Excellence: Champion a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. • Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with product management, engineering leadership, and stakeholders across Confluent.
🎯 Requirements
• 13+ years in software development • 6+ years in an engineering management role • Proven experience with distributed systems in AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience with global data replication or multi-region service architectures is a big plus. • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
