âą Act as an asset and partner to Advanced Surgical sales leaders and the HCS team to achieve strategic company growth objectives âą Transform Advanced Surgical contracts into scalable, profitable growth platforms âą Ensure national, regional, and local agreements are strategically designed, financially disciplined, and consistently executed across the field. âą Own contract activation strategy, ensuring agreements are translated into clear selling motions âą Identify gaps between contract intent and field execution and proactively close them âą Establish and lead enterprise deal governance frameworks âą Monitor and synthesize competitive contracting trends âą Communicate simply and decisively, translating complexity into clarity for executives and sales teams alike.
âą 2+ years of proven sales leadership experience at Director level or higher âą Experience leading larger scale strategy & programs âą Demonstrated ability to drive consistency, culture, and performance at scale. âą Ability to influence senior sales leaders and the confidence to challenge decisions when needed.
