📋 Description

‱ Act as an asset and partner to Advanced Surgical sales leaders and the HCS team to achieve strategic company growth objectives ‱ Transform Advanced Surgical contracts into scalable, profitable growth platforms ‱ Ensure national, regional, and local agreements are strategically designed, financially disciplined, and consistently executed across the field. ‱ Own contract activation strategy, ensuring agreements are translated into clear selling motions ‱ Identify gaps between contract intent and field execution and proactively close them ‱ Establish and lead enterprise deal governance frameworks ‱ Monitor and synthesize competitive contracting trends ‱ Communicate simply and decisively, translating complexity into clarity for executives and sales teams alike.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 2+ years of proven sales leadership experience at Director level or higher ‱ Experience leading larger scale strategy & programs ‱ Demonstrated ability to drive consistency, culture, and performance at scale. ‱ Ability to influence senior sales leaders and the confidence to challenge decisions when needed.
