📋 Description
• Working closely with the team and Production Managers to support the development of donor-centric, insight-driven, integrated creative solutions • Collaborate with team members to produce accurate and effective high-quality direct mail materials • Create, update, manage and release art files for production. • Set-up and prepare flawless print-ready files that correctly maintain client and agency brand standards. • Create comps, mock-ups and other presentation materials • Work closely with Production Manager to ensure that all projects are produced to conform to approved printer specifications and honor time and budget constraints • Assist Associate Creative Director and Art Director with specific production-oriented tasks to ensure deadlines are met and quality is high.

• English Language (Advanced - Bilingual) Required • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. • Demonstrate high attention to detail in the execution of your work. • Enjoys a challenging and dynamic work environment. • Shows a high work ethic and professionalism with a team-player approach. • Ability for self-assessment and thorough review to ensure accuracy in deliverables. • Portfolio showcasing production examples demonstrating excellent craftsmanship. • Ability to work and collaborate effectively both remotely and in the office.
