📋 Description
• Provide technical leadership across complex MES/MOM and digital manufacturing implementations • Lead development strategy, ensure code quality, mentor development resources • Deliver scalable, high-quality solutions for clients • Conduct code reviews and validate adherence to SDLC best practices • Gather and validate detailed development requirements • Influence executive-level stakeholders on technical direction • Mentor and support developers across the organization
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education and professional experience) • 10–15 years in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environments • 7–10 years leading development/customization in MES systems • 5–7 years on large, complex manufacturing system projects • 5–7 years in consultative client-facing roles • Strong expertise in C#, .NET, SQL, Web Services
