📋 Description

• Develop and maintain business logic and custom objects that interface with frontend applications via APIs and internal users via the SFDC platform • Create technical designs based on product requirements and collaborate with engineering • Participate in an agile team delivering work in two-week sprints with planning, pointing, and retros • Collaborate with Product to find effective UX solutions in Salesforce Lightning • Test code and ensure tickets pass QA • Provide recurring (roughly weekly) support shifts for care coordination and clinical teams to ensure platform runs smoothly • Manage develop/test/deploy process and seek opportunities for automated testing and process improvement • Follow Salesforce Platform best practices and standards • Develop solutions using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Components • Lead and manage a team of contractors; take lead on technical design, process, and devops; commit code and close tickets • Meet regularly with Product and Clinical stakeholders to align platform with business goals

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 + years of Salesforce development/admin experience • Salesforce Platform Developer I required • Salesforce Developer II or Salesforce Admin certification is a plus • Knowledge of DevOps, with Salesforce DX and other toolsets • Experience with JIRA, GitHub, and SFDX; bonus for Copado experience • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST & SOAP APIs • Experience developing Lightning Components using SLDS or custom Lightning Components in JavaScript within the Aura framework • Salesforce administration experience including User Management, Page Layouts, Profiles, Roles, Field Level Security, Object Level Security, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, etc. • Experience with automated testing, CI/CD and managing develop/test/deploy processes • Excellent problem solving and strong communication skills • Experience in healthcare, Salesforce Health Cloud, especially telehealth, is a plus • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment • Must be a US resident; visa sponsorship not available
