📋 Description

• Manage a book of accounts, identifying risks and opportunities to improve implementation, drive value, and secure renewals and expansions. • Develop long-term territory and key account strategies to maximize adoption, engagement, and commercial outcomes. • Partner with clients during onboarding, adoption, and program use phases to ensure successful implementation and engagement. • Present renewal and expansion proposals to clients, including delivery of workshops and strategic planning sessions. • Maintain timely and accurate client, account, and opportunity data in the CRM system to ensure visibility and alignments across teams. • Own quoting and forecasting processes for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs. • Track program usage and proactively intervene with clients showing signs of disengagement or unmet goals. • Collect and synthesize client feedback to inform internal strategies and cross-functional collaboration. • Execute bespoke outreach strategies across key lifecycle touchpoints. • Escalate technical or resource issues and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client challenges. • Contribute to strategic account planning and territory-level goals in partnership with Sales. • Achieve assigned renewal and expansion goals through proactive engagement, consultative account management, and strong client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role. • Established understanding of relationship building, client enablement, and K–12 education. • Experience managing a book of business and executing account or territory strategies. • Experience supporting or leading negotiation and closing of renewal or expansion deals, ideally in an Edtech, SaaS or subscription-based environment • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills. • Proficiency with CRM tools (Netsuite) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Familiarity with pricing models, contract terms, and value-based selling (preferred). • Exposure to forecasting tools and pipeline management practices (preferred). • Training or certification in sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, or MEDDICC (preferred).
