📋 Description
• Virtually manage instructional programs for students • Deliver daily dynamic synchronous instruction that supports curriculum and TN learning standards • Support the instructional program with both asynchronous and synchronous web conferencing sessions • Complete grading, create progress reports, and conduct parent conferences in a timely manner • Communicate regularly with parents, students, and other teachers on Personal Learning Plans and schedules • Develop knowledge of the program's curriculum and courses • Review curriculum, devise alternate approaches, and support students with additional strategies • Work collaboratively with other teachers and attend community activities
🎯 Requirements
• Highly qualified and certified to teach grades 4-8 in Tennessee • Strong technology skills (especially with Microsoft Office products and Google Suite) • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written • Highly organized and punctual • Customer focused approach • High degree of flexibility • Demonstrated ability to work well in fast paced environment • Team player track record • Willingness to travel for marketing and state testing events (may require occasional overnight travel) • Ability to work some occasional evening hours, as needed to support some families
