📋 Description
• Manage all students, ensuring they successfully complete their instructional program • Advise students and families on academics, career planning, and graduation requirements • Assist students and parents with course selection and develop Four Year Plans • Review student transcripts and maintain accurate records • Work with school staff to coordinate social activities and field trips • Implement programs related to interpersonal adjustment issues
🎯 Requirements
• Must have Washington Educational Staff Associate certification as a School Counselor • Residence in Washington preferred • Team player track record, highly flexible • Demonstrated strong technology skills (especially Microsoft Office and Google Suite products) • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written • Excellent attention to detail, with proven time management and organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to work with colleagues to foster an inclusive environment • Student- and family-focused approach • Ability to travel for school events
