📋 Description

• Complete onboarding and begin your first implementation alongside a tenured Implementation Engineer • Become familiar with our project plans and implementation processes • Kick off your first client project independently • Lead your projects with confidence • Begin taking your first clients live • Applying learnings and becoming fully independent • Begin to help the team improve our documentation, processes, and develop new tools to improve our efficiency • Be fully independent in your role, and working on areas to gather deep knowledge to become an SME • Be well into your second wave of clients - applying learnings from your first wave of projects so they run even better

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in a startup environment • 3+ years of professional experience integrating with web APIs • Experience with modern web frameworks is a plus (React, Node.js, etc) • Ability to read, write, and understand code in multiple programming languages in order to understand our platform and actively troubleshoot issues. Knowledge of Python, JSON, GitHub, terminal, and nice to have experience with JavaScript & TypeScript • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable leading meetings with customers, talking through technical requirements, and applying existing knowledge to novel problems • Ability to identify and clearly communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems - both internally and with clients • Self-starter with the ability to assess, troubleshoot, and work autonomously to solve complex problems • Superior time management skills to manage multiple external customers simultaneously. Proactive communication is a must. • A passion for working with people, paired with excellent communication skills, you can explain a complex technical issue in such a way that technical and non-technical audiences can understand.
