📋 Description

• Build enterprise-grade Amazon Lex bots from requirements gathering through production deployment. • Design high-performing voice and chat conversational experiences. • Integrate Amazon Lex with Amazon Connect and AWS serverless services. • Analyze production conversations to improve intent recognition, bot performance, and customer experience. • Lead a small development team while remaining hands-on with coding, troubleshooting, testing, and optimization. • Create scalable intent models, custom slot types, prompts, and dialog-management strategies. • Optimize natural language understanding performance through continuous tuning based on production traffic and conversation data. • Develop multilingual conversational experiences, with English and French experience preferred. • Design robust fallback, clarification, interruption, escalation, and error-handling strategies. • Apply conversational design and prompt-engineering principles to improve customer interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of software development experience. • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Amazon Lex V2 development experience. • Minimum 3 years of experience integrating Amazon Lex with Amazon Connect. • Strong experience designing and developing AWS serverless architectures. • Experience leading developers while remaining actively involved in technical delivery. • AWS Associate-level or Professional-level certification is preferred.
