📋 Description

• Determine financial strategy and implement performance metrics. • Influence alignment of financial planning and revenue operations. • Drive financial effectiveness by establishing planning and forecasting processes. • Implement and own financial planning systems. • Produce actionable reporting and analysis. • Document and build strong relationships across the leadership team. • Drive operational performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred. • 7 years’ experience in a FP&A role. • Experience in the SaaS industry. • Strong understanding of private equity financial structures and reporting requirements. • Public accounting experience in either audit or transaction services. • Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities. • Advanced Excel modeling skills. • Strong knowledge of US GAAP. • Demonstrated history of financial modeling with a business partner mindset; experience with SaaS preferred. • Proficiency with ERP systems, cloud planning solutions and other relevant operational applications within the SaaS industry. • Ability to work collaboratively and influence people at all levels of the organization.
