📋 Description

• Determine financial strategy and implement performance metrics • Drive financial effectiveness by establishing planning and forecasting processes • Produce actionable reporting and analysis • Build strong relationships across the leadership team to influence decision making • Spearhead financial quarterly forecast and annual budgeting process • Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management • Develop and publish regular KPI/metric reporting to track results and identify trends • Collaborate with functional leaders in developing the annual operating plan and quarterly financial forecasts • Ensure alignment between corporate goals & timelines and resource/spend plans • Work closely with accounting team to continuously improve the financial close process

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a FP&A role • Experience in the SaaS industry • Strong understanding of private equity financial structures and reporting requirements • Public accounting experience in either audit or transaction services • 4 year college degree in finance, accounting or business administration, or equivalent experience. • Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities. • Advanced Excel modeling skills. • Strong knowledge of US GAAP. • Demonstrated history of financial modeling with business partner mindset; experience with SaaS preferred. • Proficiency with ERP systems, cloud planning solutions and other relevant operational applications within the SaaS industry.
