âą The Manager of Growth + Revenue Marketing is responsible for driving pipeline and opportunity creation. âą Manage how leads are captured, worked, and converted across the funnel. âą Improve follow-up, align closely with Sales and outsourced BDR partner. âą Strengthen systems and processes that support lead management and conversion. âą Work across the marketing team to execute campaigns and programs, including webinars, digital channels, and trade shows that contribute directly to the pipeline. âą Own performance across the full funnel âą Plan and execute integrated campaigns across channels that drive qualified pipeline. âą Manage and optimize paid channels with a focus on pipeline impact and cost efficiency. âą Own and manage the webinar program end-to-end as a primary driver of pipeline. âą Execute strategies improving visibility and recommendations within AI-driven search and discovery. âą Manage pipeline contribution and conversion performance of the outsourced BDR team. âą Own HubSpot execution for campaigns, workflows, lead routing, and reporting.
âą BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required. âą 4-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or revenue marketing. âą A background in Healthcare IT is a plus. âą Metrics-driven, with proven experience driving pipeline, conversion, and revenue outcomes. âą Strong background in digital marketing, paid media, and campaign execution. âą Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). âą Hands-on experience with email marketing, webinars, nurture programs, and conversion-focused messaging. âą Experience working with or managing BDR/SDR teams is a plus.
