📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding life insurance products and policy options • Educate customers on coverage, benefits, pricing, and eligibility • Recommend appropriate policies based on customer needs • Complete applications and accurately document customer information • Maintain compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies • Meet or exceed sales and performance goals • Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication with clients • Navigate multiple systems while managing active conversations

🎯 Requirements

• Active Life Insurance License required at time of application • Previous life insurance sales experience strongly preferred • Strong communication and objection-handling skills • Comfortable working in a metric-driven sales environment • Excellent attendance and reliability • Basic computer and multitasking skills • Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated • Call center sales experience preferred • Additional insurance licenses are a plus • Experience with CRM systems and dialer platforms • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
