📋 Description

• Primary technical point of contact for demanding customers in high-tech, future-oriented industries. • Evaluate new and complex customer inquiries regarding technical feasibility and economic viability. • Provide technical support from the design and concept phase through to series production. • Develop cost-effective and technically optimal manufacturing strategies, including make-or-buy decisions. • Coordinate technical alignment between Sales, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Research, and Development. • Assume final technical responsibility for complex products and assemblies. • Coordinate internal and external technical interfaces to ensure well-founded decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed education in mechanical engineering, e.g., technical college (HTL), university of applied sciences (FH), or technical university (TU). • Several years of professional experience in design engineering, product development, or in special machine and plant engineering. • Practical experience in design, manufacturing, or joining technologies, with a solid understanding of tolerances and technical feasibility. • Experience in project management or technical leadership of interdisciplinary teams. • Excellent CAD skills and experience with PDM, PLM, or ERP systems. • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with strong logical thinking skills. • High sense of personal responsibility, hands-on mentality, and confident presence as a technical interface. • German and English at business-fluent (negotiation) level.
