📋 Description

• Central technical point of contact for demanding customers in high-tech future industries. • Evaluate new and complex customer requests for technical feasibility and economic viability. • Provide technical support from the concept and design phase through to production readiness. • Develop technically and economically optimal manufacturing strategies, including make-or-buy decisions. • Coordinate technical alignment between Sales, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Research and Development. • Assume final technical responsibility for complex products and assemblies. • Coordinate internal and external technical interfaces to ensure well-founded decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed education in Mechanical Engineering (e.g., HTL, University of Applied Sciences (FH) or Technical University (TU)). • Several years of professional experience in design engineering, product development or special/custom machine and plant engineering. • Practical experience in design, manufacturing or joining technologies with a solid understanding of tolerances and technical feasibility. • Experience in project management or technical leadership of interdisciplinary teams. • Excellent CAD skills and experience with PDM, PLM or ERP systems. • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style with strong logical thinking skills. • High personal responsibility, hands-on mentality and confident presence as a technical interface. • Business-fluent German and English skills.
