🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in design leadership roles (e.g., Chief Design Officer, VP of Design, Head of Product Design, Head of Brand Design) • Experience scaling design teams and delivering innovative products or brand experiences • Skilled at navigating ambiguity and translating vision into tangible design solutions • Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about building not just beautiful experiences, but cohesive, values-aligned teams • Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others • Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development • Prior experience in conscious organizations or purpose-driven companies • Expertise in human-centered design, regenerative design, or systems thinking • Background in building design cultures that value depth, presence, and authenticity
