• Manage long-term incentive programs, including design, maintenance, cycle management, and determination of eligibility; • Perform accounting for long-term incentive plans, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies, and liaising with Finance, Accounting and Audit areas; • Lead personnel budgeting, including projections, impact analyses, simulations and monitoring of variances throughout the fiscal year; • Monitor and control headcount, ensuring adherence to the approved budget and governance guidelines; • Support the management and update of the organizational structure, assisting with transfers, creation and closure of positions, and conducting financial impact analyses; • Prepare analyses and executive materials for decision-making forums and leadership, supporting strategic decision-making; • Ensure correct application of compensation policies, promoting internal equity and external competitiveness; • Support internal and external audits related to compensation, incentives and organizational structure; • Interact with vendors, consultancies and internal teams to ensure consistency of information and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Economics, Accounting or a related field; • Previous experience in Compensation, People/Workforce Planning, Personnel Budgeting or Long‑Term Incentive Plans (LTIP); • Proficient with Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (modeling, dashboards and data analysis); • Experience in building and monitoring personnel budgets (forecast, actual vs. budget); • Knowledge of fixed and variable compensation programs and/or LTIP; • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking for data interpretation and decision support; • Organized profile with a strong focus on deadlines and quality of delivery; • Clear communication and interpersonal skills to interface with client areas; • Structured approach to processes, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement; • Proactive mindset, sense of ownership and strong prioritization skills.
