📋 Description

• Participate in the preparation of the company's annual planning and the monthly results forecast, collaborating with regional offices and corporate areas to develop action plans and support strategic decision-making; • Prepare and analyze financial statements, explaining major variances between actual and budgeted results (P&L and Cash Flow); • Support strategic decisions related to projects, assisting the operations area with simulations and financial data for decision-making regarding production planning and control; • Monitor product performance, working with commercial areas on regional studies to identify growth and profitability opportunities; • Prepare presentations for the executive team and the board of directors.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Microsoft Office) • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with BI dashboards/tools is a plus
