📋 Description

• Create and propose new leisure areas aligned with market trends, focusing on increasing Tenda customers' perceived value while ensuring adherence to the low-cost concept and business viability; • Conduct benchmark studies and market analyses to identify opportunities for innovation and improvements in common and leisure areas of developments; • Develop competitive, high-impact visual materials to enhance the product and increase its commercial appeal; • Design and implement furnished and decorated common area projects, when applicable, ensuring standardization, functionality, quality and added value to the development; • Assess the technical and economic feasibility of proposals, seeking the best balance between cost, quality and customer experience; • Monitor the implementation of defined solutions, supporting correct execution on site and ensuring compliance with the approved concept; • Contribute to the evolution of product standards by proposing continuous improvements, simplifying solutions and increasing efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism; • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD; • Intermediate knowledge of Revit and Microsoft Office Suite; • Previous experience at a construction company working on project development is desirable (will be considered a plus).
