• Manage and oversee Compensation and Benefits policies, performing internal analyses and external market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness, equity, and alignment with the company’s strategy. • Monitor and validate hires, promotions, transfers, and salary changes, ensuring adherence to current policies and compliance with internal guidelines. • Update and maintain fixed and variable compensation models, including salary scales, short-term incentive programs, commission structures, benefits, and retirement plans. • Support the personnel budgeting process by preparing analyses and reports to inform decisions on structure, headcount growth, and financial impacts for the following fiscal year. • Calculate and consolidate short-term incentive programs, tracking targets, eligibility, and salary multiples to ensure correct application of the total compensation policy (fixed and variable). • Evaluate new positions or scope changes by conducting job evaluation and salary positioning analyses to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. • Participate in salary surveys and liaise with specialized consultancies, analyzing market trends to support executive-level proposals and strategic decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Human Resources Management, or related fields. • Preferred additional training or certifications in Compensation, Job Evaluation, and Salary Structuring. • Advanced MS Office skills with strong proficiency in Excel. • Experience with payroll systems. • Experience designing and maintaining Job and Salary Plans (job grading/salary bands). • Knowledge of fixed and variable compensation structures. • Knowledge of labor legislation as applied to compensation. • Experience with People/HR metrics and quantitative analyses.
