📋 Description

• Lead the design of comprehensive FSM solutions tailored to clients' needs • Develop detailed architectural blueprints outlining system integrations and data flows • Provide technical guidance during implementation of FSM solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient project delivery • Engage with clients to understand their business processes and requirements • Present architectural solutions and design decisions to clients • Recruit and mentor a team of technical professionals • Establish and enforce best practices for solution design and coding standards • Conduct regular code and design reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing Field Service Management solutions • Proven track record of leading complex FSM implementations • Experience with development of Web-based business applications, using XML, JSON, HTML 5, Angular JS, etc. • Experience with planning, designing, and developing integration solutions using SOAP & REST web services • Strong understanding of utility operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance • Demonstrated experience in team building and leadership • Excellent project management skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Technical proficiency in FSM software platforms, system integration, and data analytics • Ability to travel to client site (domestic and/or international) as required
