📋 Description

• Develop and maintain detailed architectural models and documentation using Revit • Support production of construction documents, including drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details • Translate design concepts into accurate and buildable architectural documentation • Work on high-end commercial projects throughout different design and documentation stages • Coordinate architectural information with other disciplines and project teams • Review drawings and models to identify inconsistencies, errors, and coordination issues • Incorporate design changes and client feedback into drawings and models • Maintain organized and accurate project files according to studio standards • Collaborate with U.S.-based architects, designers, and project teams • Use additional design and documentation software as required by the project • Follow project deadlines, documentation standards, and quality expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent professional education • 5+ years of professional experience in architecture • 4+ years of previous experience working directly with U.S.-based architecture firms • Previous experience working on high-end commercial or retail projects located in the United States is required • Strong experience with Revit, particularly for architectural production and documentation • Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and design development • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality documentation • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal • Availability to work with a U.S.-based team and schedule • Experience with BIM and cloud-based collaboration platforms, such as BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud • Based in Latin America and available to work remotely
