📋 Description

• Gain hands-on experience with the Accounting/Tax department’s daily operations while learning processes and systems with support from the team. • Assist with department organization and meeting deadlines. • Support the review of tax information. • Perform inquiries and entries in internal systems. • Support tax calculations and the preparation of ancillary tax obligations. • Review tax documents to ensure compliance with current legislation. • Monitor department routines and deadlines. • Assist with the entry and review of invoices. • Support the preparation of tax and accounting reports and statements. • Organize documents and files for accounting classification and recording. • Provide support for the department’s administrative and operational activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. • General accounting fundamentals. • Familiarity with Google Drive. • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable working with numbers and calculations. • Adaptable and proactive. • Flexible and a fast learner. • Eagerness and willingness to learn. • Reside within 200 km of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, as determined by an eliminatory question in the selection process.
