📋 Description

• Disseminate knowledge and document technical decisions through the creation of documents or entries in the management system. • Promote development best practices, code quality and automated testing through trainings, information sharing and documentation. • Identify and remove blockers that impact the team’s deliveries. • Perform code reviews and review technical decisions, ensuring stability, quality and adherence to company standards. • Contribute with Product Coordinators to define the team roadmap and strategy, taking technical aspects into account. • Support other Engineering teams, ensuring major releases and technological changes occur safely and with minimal impact. • Participate in the definition of projects and tasks, evaluating architecture, impacts, deployment strategies and deliverables. • Develop Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines. • Set up monitoring, alerts and troubleshooting tools. • Assess trade-offs, risks and impacts to inform technical decisions. • Break down complex projects into smaller deliverables that can be executed by you or the team. • Provide visibility into technical debt and risks, proposing prioritization for mitigation. • Investigate and respond to production incidents, leading root cause analysis and remediation. • Anticipate the impact of changes and new products on the existing architecture, proposing mitigation actions. • Define, discuss and document coding standards, quality practices and testing strategies. • Identify and mitigate security risks in systems. • Support immediate leadership in problem analysis and action definition, contributing to process improvements. • Ensure compliance with area standards and procedures, identifying and suggesting improvements. • Analyze processes and propose improvements that contribute to the area’s efficiency and results. • Stay up to date on technological trends and innovations, promoting continuous improvement. • Perform other related activities as directed by leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience with Datadog for application monitoring, log analysis and dashboard creation. • Knowledge of OpenTelemetry for instrumenting services and generating metrics, traces and logs. • Familiarity with observability practices in distributed environments, such as defining SLOs, creating alerts, root cause analysis and event correlation. • Experience with microservices-based architecture, using messaging systems (such as Kafka or RabbitMQ) and integration with legacy or third-party systems. • Ability to design scalable, resilient and observable solutions. • Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js in developing APIs and backend services. • Proficiency with the NestJS framework, including concepts such as dependency injection, interceptors, pipes, guards and modules. • Experience creating and maintaining REST APIs, following best practices for versioning, documentation and security.
