📋 Description

• Lead the multidisciplinary team technically, promoting best practices and a collaborative culture. • Support direct leadership in analyzing problems and defining strategic actions for the area. • Interact with development, security, Cloud and product teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. • Work on the architecture, implementation and maintenance of cloud solutions, ensuring deliveries are tested, documented and aligned with quality standards. • Participate in roadmap definition and backlog management together with Product and stakeholders, estimating timelines and efforts using agile processes (Scrum/Kanban). • Monitor metrics, OKRs and prepare reports with action plans for continuous improvement. • Ensure observability, security and performance of the environments. • Serve as a technical reference on topics such as CI/CD, automation, containers and orchestration. • Support the definition of modernization and digital transformation strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields. • Proven experience in critical production environments. • Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, among others • Cloud & Infrastructure: Instance Groups, Load Balancer, Buckets, Cloud CDN, internal DNS • Containers & Orchestration: Kubernetes (K8s), Rancher, Docker • Software Architecture: Microservices, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture, Event Sourcing, Clean Code • DevOps & CI/CD: GitLab, SonarQube, automated pipelines and similar tools • Distributed storage: GlusterFS and similar solutions • Gateway/API Management: Kong, API Hub and similar tools • Web Services: Nginx, RDWeb and similar technologies • Security, Authentication and Performance; monitoring and observability with Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack • Programming Languages: Node.js (with the possibility of integrating with other stacks as needed)
