📋 Description

• Lead suppliers within a category without leading responsibility • Manage supplier advanced quality planning • Perform supplier quality management • Develop supplier strategy and category management • Manage Product/Process Change Notifications (PCN) • Report supplier performance • Conduct audits • Collaborate through 3D/3F+ • Implement Supplier Quality Improvement Programs (SQIP) • Perform Active Supplier Development (ASD)

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Quality Management, including quality policies, systems, and processes • Knowledge of SQM processes and Product Life Cycle (PLC) • Quality assurance know-how, product safety issues, and risk management knowledge • Management skills, tools, and techniques, including Balanced Scorecard and Benchmarking • Human relations skills, including team skills, conflict management, open-mindedness, and networking • Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation techniques • Problem-solving and decision-making tools and techniques • Project management skills, tools, and techniques • Process/technology knowledge for LCD, OLED, Backlight Unit, cover glass/mirrors, and touch foils components • Process/technology knowledge in optical bonding processes • Technology knowledge for Design for Manufacturing (DFM) • Knowledge in data management and evaluation, including SQIS and Business Warehouse
