• Manage Health by guidance, execution and support to safeguard operations, systems and knowledge in compliance with obligations and improve Health related performance globally for ContiTech • Develop and contribute Health & Safety proposals aligned with CT strategy and stakeholders • Derive tasks, projects and programs from CT strategy focusing on Ergonomics • Safeguard the ESH Management System for Health & Safety according to internal and external compliance obligations • Ensure task performance within the CT ESH team and provide strategic/operational support • Gather, analyze and report Health related performance data to derive improvement actions (Performance & Management Review contribution) • Identify, gather and report Health & Safety related risks and ensure mitigation actions and preparedness

🎯 Requirements

• Academic degree as Health Manager, ESH Manager or comparable • Long-term experience in leading or management position • Knowledge about International Standards (e.g. ISO 45001, ISO 45003, OSHA, DGUV) • Experience as ESH/Safety System Auditor; Lead Auditor qualification (acc. ISO 19011) preferred • Profound experience in ESH or comparable, preferably in rubber production or comparable industries • Professional experience in management of Health preferred • Business fluent English (spoken and written) • Willingness to travel (approx. 10-20%) • Structured approach to tasks and projects; analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and take initiative
