• Planning, coordination and implementation of B2C marketing and communication measures for Austria and Switzerland • Management and strategic development of social media channels (Meta, TikTok Dark Ads, etc.) • Creation of target-group‑appropriate content (text, image, video) in collaboration with internal teams and external service providers • Coordination of external agencies to implement our social media communications • Development of innovative ideas and strategies to strengthen our brand presence • Analysis of the performance of our measures using defined KPIs
🎯 Requirements
• Ongoing academic studies in Marketing, Business Administration or Digital Communication (bachelor level or equivalent) • Passion for social media and digital trends • Creative thinking and a good eye for visual and written design • Team player with initiative • Interest in data-driven analysis and an analytical mindset • Practical experience in content creation, community management or performance analysis is an advantage • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Adobe Express is a plus
