• Design with rigour → Develop engaging, exam-style questions, lesson guides, and worksheets that are curriculum-aligned and challenge students. • Raise the bar → Craft questions that promote higher-order thinking, application, and creativity. • Refine with data → Analyse performance feedback to sharpen and improve resources. • Collaborate smartly → Work with tutors, team leads, and subject heads to ensure alignment with teaching strategies. • Deliver on schedule → Complete weekly tasks and maintain high-quality standards with proactive communication. • Quality Assurance → Proofread, review, and validate content for accuracy, logic, and relevance.
🎯 Requirements
