• Every piece of content a Contour student reads has been through this role before it reaches them. • The grammar, the clarity, the consistency across every page. • You will work across educational content, comparing each document carefully against its source draft to check for accuracy, completeness, and language consistency. • You take the work seriously enough to want it to keep getting better. • You spot recurring issues early and speak up. When you see a better way to do something, you bring it forward.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong English grammar and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for inconsistencies and errors. • Comfortable working with educational content and comparing it carefully against a source draft. • The consistency to bring the same standard to every document you touch. • Good file management habits and comfort with general computer navigation. • 1 to 2 years of experience in a proofreading, editing, or similar content role. • A Windows laptop or desktop with Microsoft Word 2016 or above.
