📋 Description

• Du bist kompetente Ansprechperson, Mentor und Coach bei der Erreichung der vereinbarten Ziele • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sprichst du potentielle neue Kunden aktiv an • Dafür identifizierst du Anforderungen von Kunden, qualifizierst Anfragen • Als Teamleitung bist du verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die operative Führung deines Teams

🎯 Requirements

• Optimalerweise bringst du 2 Jahre Führungs- bzw. Mentoringerfahrung mit • Idealerweise verfügst du über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Sales bei einem Personaldienstleister • Deine vertriebsorientierte Mentalität kombinierst du mit argumentationsstarkem Verhandlungsgeschick • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine Affinität für IT- und Software-Themen
