📋 Description

• Review and process abuse and safety incident reports, particularly those involving potential harm to minors, while following established operational procedures. • Conduct open-source and in-platform investigations into behavioral abuse and threat actors to identify techniques, context, and impact. • Support analytic workflows by documenting findings clearly, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and consistency. • Produce concise written summaries, briefings, and investigative reports for internal and client stakeholders. • Collaborate with team members, cross-functional partners, and vendor teams to ensure requests are processed efficiently and accurately. • Contribute to continuous improvement of investigative workflows and knowledge resources. • Participate in team training sessions, shadowing, and peer review to build professional expertise and investigative capability.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in trust & safety, behavioral abuse investigations, or related intelligence/research work. • Familiarity with open-source research (OSINT), social media investigations, or online risk analysis. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and objectively. • Understanding of online behavioural threats, influence operations, or content-moderation principles preferred. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases under tight timelines and maintain attention to detail. • Working knowledge of the intelligence or investigative lifecycle, including data validation and source evaluation. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., International Relations, Criminology, Cybersecurity, or Communications) or equivalent practical experience.
